Characteristics of low smoke low halogen content flame retardant (FR) Power Cables 低鹵低煙阻燃電力電纜是指在實(shí)際火災(zāi)中，組成電纜的高聚物被燃燒所釋放出的煙霧、HCl含量較少使火災(zāi)的”二次傷害”損失減小。
For 1ow smoke low halogen content FR wire＆cables, the smoke evolved when the polymeric components in cables are burned in an actual fire and HCI contained in the smoke are small in quantity, which reduces the loss of the ”secondary disaster” of the fire． 三、型號(hào)、名稱 (見表1-1)

Main technical performance 1．成品電纜的阻燃性能符合IEC 332-3 C類的規(guī)定。
For finished cables, the flame retardancy shall meet the requirements of IEC 332-3, category C． 2．低鹵低煙材料指標(biāo)：
The indices of 1ow smoke low halogen content cable compounds．:
a．低鹵低煙阻燃料鹵酸氣體逸出量(mg/g)≤100。
For 1ow smoke low halogen content cable compounds, the amount of halogen acid gas evolved during combustion≤100 (mg/g)． b．低鹵低煙阻燃料*大煙密度Dm≤200。
For 1ow smoke 1ow halogen content cable compounds, the max. smoke density during the combustion Dm≤200． c．低鹵低煙阻燃料氧指數(shù)(0I)應(yīng)不小于30。
For low smoke low halogen content cable compounds, the oxygen index (OI) shall be not less man 30． 3．成品電纜按IEC 1034標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測定透光率為30％。
For finished cables, the light transmittance measured in accordance with IEC 1034 shall be 30％． |
