預(yù)防礦用電纜線路過負(fù)荷的措施
實(shí)心絕緣填充型電纜適用于煤礦管網(wǎng)的管道鋪設(shè),主要用于管道敷設(shè)。在纜芯中和屏蔽層的內(nèi)外表面用石油膏填充或澆注處理,以防止煤礦中水分侵入。在煤礦常見的30~C一60~C的環(huán)境條件下,煤礦用通信電纜的機(jī)械和電氣性能保持不變。用于平巷、斜巷及機(jī)電硐室做通信線以及用于平巷,豎井或斜井作主信號(hào)傳輸。
負(fù)荷,是人類社會(huì)中的一種專業(yè)詞語,指機(jī)器或主動(dòng)機(jī)所克服的外界阻力,對(duì)某一系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)能力所提出的要求(如電路交換臺(tái),郵政,鐵路),又指物體所承載的重量。引申為資源被占用的比例。
預(yù)防礦用電纜線路過負(fù)荷的措施:
1、電氣線路應(yīng)根據(jù)負(fù)荷條件合理選擇導(dǎo)線截面,并應(yīng)考慮負(fù)荷發(fā)展的需要,留有余地。
2、安裝線路時(shí)必須由正式有證電工負(fù)責(zé),并應(yīng)嚴(yán)守安裝規(guī)程,不準(zhǔn)亂拉電線和接入過多負(fù)荷。
3、定期用測(cè)量或計(jì)算的方法,按圖紙檢查線路的實(shí)際負(fù)荷情況。
4、嚴(yán)禁亂用銅絲、鐵絲代替保險(xiǎn)絲,要安裝合適的熔斷器和保護(hù)裝置,以便線路過負(fù)荷嚴(yán)重時(shí),能及時(shí)切斷電源。
5、去掉線路上過多的用電設(shè)備,或者根據(jù)需要換裝容量較大的導(dǎo)線,或者根據(jù)生產(chǎn)程序和需要,采取排列先后控制使用的辦法,把用電時(shí)間調(diào)開,以使線路不超過負(fù)荷。
